Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your Monarchly data at any time. This page explains how, and how automatic deletion works when you remove Monarchly from a connected platform.

Option 1: Delete from inside Monarchly

• Sign in at monarchly.net.
• Go to Settings → Account.
• Choose Disconnect on any social account to immediately erase its stored access/refresh tokens, or choose Delete account to remove your entire profile.

Disconnecting an account deletes its credentials right away. Deleting your account erases your personal data and disconnects all social accounts within 30 days.

Option 2: Remove the app from the platform

If you remove Monarchly from a platform's app settings (for example, Facebook & Instagram → Settings → Apps and Websites), that platform notifies us automatically. We then disconnect the related accounts and erase the associated tokens and data, and we record a confirmation you can look up. No further action is needed on your part.

Option 3: Email us

Prefer we handle it? Email support@monarchly.net from your account email with the subject "Data deletion request". We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile and login information.
• Encrypted access/refresh tokens for every connected social account.
• Content you stored in Monarchly: drafts, scheduled posts, media, captions, and analytics we cached.

We may retain limited records required by law (for example, billing/tax records) for the period the law requires, after which they are deleted.
