Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Monarchly (the "Service"), operated at monarchly.net. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Monarchly is a social-media management platform that lets you connect accounts on supported platforms (X/Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Discord) and compose, schedule, publish, analyze, and engage from one place. Features vary by subscription tier.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 16 and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Your content and connected accounts

• You retain ownership of the content you create and publish through Monarchly.
• You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service on your behalf (e.g. to publish a post you scheduled).
• You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with each connected platform's terms and policies. You represent that you are authorized to manage every account you connect.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Monarchly to:

• Violate any platform's terms, automate actions a platform prohibits, or evade its rate limits or detection;
• Publish spam, harassment, hate, deceptive, or illegal content;
• Buy/sell fake engagement, or operate accounts you are not authorized to control;
• Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
• Probe, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

Automated engagement features (e.g. follower hygiene) are provided as tools under your direction and with rate limits to respect platform policies; you remain responsible for how you use them.

5. Subscriptions, billing & AI usage

• Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Annual plans are discounted 20%.
• AI features are metered by token usage and billed via prepaid credits or an included monthly allotment, depending on tier, as described at checkout.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period, then drops to the Free tier.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.

6. Third-party platforms

The Service depends on third-party APIs we do not control. Those platforms may change, limit, or revoke access at any time, which can affect functionality. We are not responsible for actions taken by those platforms against your accounts.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the Service or other users.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monarchly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; we will post changes here and update the date above. Continued use means acceptance.
